The new version Diff GT 3.5 is available for download. The latest release of the PDF comparison software for circuit diagrams and technical drawings includes the following changes:

  • NEW: Additional functions of the start dialog:
    • Page pairing between version A and B can be edited manually: Option Edit page pairing in the start dialog.
    • Box definitions (Exclusion areas and text areas) can be loaded for new projects from previously saved XML files. Hence, a recomputation by later calling the menu item Edit > Box definitions > Open is no longer necessary.
  • NEW: Accelerated computing times for rendering
  • NEW: Dialog Page ranges revised
  • NEW: Repair mechanism for malformed PDF input files. Under Settings > PDF > Render flags the new flag attempt repair turns on the repair algorithm of the Adobe PDF library.
  • Fix (Windows version): Command line call (Add-On Batch) no longer requires a previous cd to the directory of DiffGT.exe
  • Fix (Add-On Batch): Evaluation of the tag <localized> when using the argument --settings=profile.xml
